NATA is the authority responsible for the accreditation of the following services throughout Australia:
Producers of certified reference materials
Proficiency testing scheme providers
It is also Australia’s compliance monitoring authority for the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
Nautitech has long been a fully functional NATA accredited calibration lab for CH4 (methane) sensors in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
The NATA-accredited commercial nature of the Nautitech lab ensures that it operates at the highest possible standards in terms of quality assurance, technical competency and customer service. Our staff work closely with a range of industry partners throughout Australia.
NATA accreditation is formal recognition that a facility produces reliable technical results, thus increasing industry confidence and trust in its services.
NATA is a signatory to international accreditation agreements which provide for mutual recognition. This reduces the need for multiple assessments of suppliers, and as a consequence helps to reduce barriers to trade for organisations that have NATA accreditation.
