Executive Chairperson, Aga Blana, recently joined other well-deserving winners of the 2021 NSW Women in Mining Awards to discuss diversity in the mining industry.
Hosted by Claire Doherty from the NSW Minerals Council and Lucy McClean from WIMnet NSW, discussion centered around innovation, team dynamics, work-life balance, and the role women play in the resource talent pool.
As the NSW winner of this year’s technical innovation award, Aga was in great company with panellists including experienced women in the industry as well as young women still establishing their careers.
We congratulate all the state winners and wish them all the best for their entry into the Women in Resources National Awards later this year.
