There’s excitement in the air as Nautitech makes some changes to its management team – and our clients are sure to benefit!
Mac Powolny joins us as General Manager this week and brings with him over 15 years of industry experience. Mac’s résumé includes leadership roles both in Australia and overseas with the Kopex Group, one of the world’s leading OEMs of specialist underground mining equipment and most recently as QLD State Manager for Swanson Industries, a leader in industrial hydraulics.
As a company dedicated to providing solutions for improved productivity and safer environments, Mac’s client-side experience and commercial acumen is invaluable to Nautitech and we extend a very warm welcome as he joins our team in Sydney.
Already a familiar face at Nautitech for the past 7 years, Dr Douglas Carter has recently taken on the role of Engineering Manager. Clients will know Douglas as the force behind the Super Spitfire with an encyclopaedic knowledge of everything related to broadband communications in hazardous areas.
His energy and dedication to high quality products make Douglas the ideal choice to lead the engineering team.
“Nautitech is a company with exceptional engineering talent, a track record for innovation, and a determination to be the best.
The future is exciting as we put the right people in place to provide quality products and great customer service…”
– Aga Blana – Managing Director, Nautitech

South Africa field technician Christo du Plessis is based out of Middleburg, and is a qualified electrician with nearly a decade of underground mining experience.
