NAUTITECH® is proud to be associated with the CSIRO and the Generation STEM Links program which has been instrumental in providing us with engineering talent representing Electrical, Mechanical, Software and Product Design curriculums from various Sydney universities. Executive Chairperson, Aga Blana, is committed to providing ongoing internships throughout the year to STEM students in their final year and support them with an opportunity to gain industry experience and mentorship.
In addition to our involvement in Generation STEM Links, NAUTITECH® Engineering Manager, Mojtaba Ghaderi, is taking part in the CSIRO Innovate to Grow program which allows SMEs to identify new R&D opportunities and further contribute to Australia’s manufacturing capability. This is a great chance to network with other like-minded organisations and in line with our strategy of reinvesting 15% of our annual revenue into R&D.
