A leading OEM has integrated the Nautitech® CUBEx IS Lights onto a Driftrunner in order to increase safety and visibility underground. CUBEx logic modules control the cut-through lights installed to provide a lateral view – an important consideration in underground mining.
A toggle switch allows the driver to swap between headlights and cut-through lights, which are powered by the CUBEx Power Supply Module (PSM). The Light Interface Module (LIM) can be programmed via Bluetooth to change the mode from headlights to hazard lights to warn mine workers of the presence of a machine.
